PROBLEM STATEMENT
Rachel, who is a full-time office worker, has a desire to enhance her fitness level and reduce
weight, but her previous encounters with fitness have left her feeling overwhelmed and
disheartened. She feels anxious and intimidated while exercising in public places like the gym,
and she struggles to get into one relationship. Rachel is looking for a program that can assist
her in developing sustainable lifestyle changes instead of providing a temporary solution. She
requires guidance and support to stay motivated towards achieving her fitness goals, and she
is willing to try new things but requires feedback and a sense of progress to remain motivated.
SOLUTION STATEMENT
To address Rachel's fitness concerns, we have developed a personalized fitness app that offers a
comprehensive and sustainable approach. Our app provides customized exercise and meal plans,
along with certified trainer support and coaching to help Rachel make long-term lifestyle changes.
Our app's tailored workout plans are designed to make Rachel feel comfortable and confident during
her fitness journey. We also offer a supportive community of like-minded individuals to provide
encouragement and support to Rachel. By using our app, Rachel can track her progress and receive
feedback to stay motivated towards achieving her fitness goals, while our guidance and
encouragement ensure she stays on track.
VISUAL DESIGN AND LOGO
For the visual design and the layout of our logo we wanted our brand to look minimal and bold. It should look appealing to our users who are mostly working professionals and students, so aesthetics of the application should be professional. With our application name "FLEXIFIT" we used the major letter "F" combining it with an athlete giving it a bold impact.
